'BroadLanding started from an aspiration to serve authentic Neapolitan pizza in Rome. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-owned shop with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the visionary behind our establishment, honed their pizza-crafting skills in Italy, training with esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After returning to the UK, they resolved to reproduce the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, staying true to age-old techniques and supreme ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished community staple, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and genuine taste remains steadfast. We continue to utilize traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and carefully select the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'BroadLanding is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with the next generation at the helm of our devoted crew. Despite adopting some contemporary innovations, our core mission persists: to make delicious, genuine pizza that unites people.
